Parlor design concept

Parlor concept design, the place where everything happens in my IP's story.
As my story is located in a modern timeline and area, I tried to give the parlor a modernized look while preserving the Japanese style look.
The parlor is a tea house which consists of 3 stories where the 3rd level is only accessible by the lift on the 1st floor. The parlor is surrounded by its own garden and has tall trees in the backyard to shelter the clean ups of their assassination from curious on-lookers in nearby buildings.
